Nice comfortable hotel close about 15 minutes from downtown without traffic. Room was nice but new TV did not work for length of our 1 night stay, but we were given a reasonable credit for that. Thank you.
I've stayed at around 20 different models in Jax. Spring Hill suites has the best customer service. Comfortable beds, nice rooms good breakfast, very helpful staff. Ice machine on every floor. Only complaints are some leaking faucets, some of the AC units won't cool the room properly, poor shower heads. Other than that it's great.
This was my first time in Jacksonville on business and the location of the hotel was a big factor in booking this location. The front desk and staff were extremely helpful with the questions I had. The room was very clean and the beds were great as well. I'll definitely be back at this hotel again the next time I'm in town.

Bad hotel. Cleaning product they used made me feel sick or nauseous or uncomfortable. Also look at how clean the room was? Not sure if my picture upload worked, but if it did not work, then what I am saying is the room was not clean and had stains and even an exposed wall power outlet hanging off the wall! Also Johnathan from the front desk emailed the manager about a refund for the first night. It was originally a 3 night booking, but I needed to cut the stay short due to the condition of the hotel room. Also their stairway is dirty too. Guess the GM didn't reply to the email, or didn't want to refund the night. I don't recommend anyone staying at this hotel. So if the GM trolls these bad reviews, yeah, please don't post a "call me and we can discuss this" reply. Your employee emailed you already in case you didn't get email. But you did as when I checked out, I inquired and the other front desk person confirmed it was sent. If Bradley the GM posts a generic reply, the you can see the level of care is pretty much zero.
