To be honest I am just going to tell you guys my experience. There was bed bugs and roaches. I stayed a week in room 145. And I swear I've never been in a place of business where prostitutes knock on your door looking for sex for money. Thugs fighting and shooting and all the owner can say is don't call the police call security.. please think before you stay at Scottish inn it's horrible
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Great and friendly staff. Prices are great. If you want a hotel in a better neighborhood than go there and pay more. This is great for the price. I’m never here anyway, but when I am my room is comfortable, hot showers, and relaxing. What else can you expect. Thank you Scottish inn
Oh dear God. Unless you are a bum or a prostitute, don't say here. We pulled up around midnight, looking for a quick place to get a couple hours of sleep. We got out of the car, there was a security guard with a gun and a bulletproof vest on standing there. I was so tired, I was actually going to stay. We decided to look at the room, just for the hell of it.... remind you, that's how desperate we were.... I felt unsafe even walking up to the room, we got there, peeked inside and turned right around. Nope. Done, next.
I was greeted by prostitutes sitting on the stairs who were quick to ask if I was looking for " a good time." Crack and heroin are the drugs of choice for people here as there were many arguments about it at all hours of the night. Cock roaches infest the rooms. I stayed for 2 nights. The second night I was awakened by someone pounding on my door at 2:30 am looking for his guy ( code for dealer? ). The bed in my room was disgusting. Stained mattress, sheets, and head board. Seriously hoping that the stain on my head board was due to a bad dye job and not blood.
The only good thing I can say about this place is the staff are all very friendly polite and helpful.
This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at. 1, The room smelled of foul odors. 2, The towels and wash cloths were dirty and had more holes in them then most people's scrub rags. 3, The bed would upset if you set on one side or the other. 4, NO hot water. 5, The carpets were not fit to walk bare foot on. 6, Only 1 electric receptial worked out on 7 of them. 7, There is people coming and going all night long and will stand right outside your door and talk. 8, seems to be a flop house for a lot of locals I do believe.
