The only reason why this hotel's getting the one star is because I have to put 1. Do not be fooled by the online pictures this place is very run down. The non-smoking room smelt of smoke so bad you could not breath in there. When I went to check out faster than I checked in we found a crack pipe in the parking lot. After reading some other recent reviews, I was hesitant about this hotel, however finding a hotel near a major city with truck parking can be difficult, so I pulled the trigger and booked despite my reservations about it. Those reviews were not my experience at all. Yes, it is a bit dated, but all in all I was very satisfied with everything. The room was very clean, all the linens were new and fresh seeming, the air conditioner was great and very quiet.

the worst experience ever. to start off that the key machine was not working for two day straight, I reserved a two bed bedroom they gave me one of one bed with promise tomorrow I will get a new one, and the front desk was giving us the master key and asked us to bring it back instead of coming with us to save us the trip. the front desk team was very unprofessional, the second day I came in the only one out side smoking right at the door and she see us coming and doesn't even move we had to wait until she finish her cigarette. their cleanning was horrible since the house keeping never when until I when very angry to the front desk (They did not change the bed sheet after finally going). worst of that the famous breakfast that its complementary in all their ads its not free.
I wasn't able to partake in the "free" breakfast, but there were signs posted advertising it for $6.99. The staff was great, very helpful, and the young lady working when I checked in was very cute and bubbly. The gentleman that checked me out in the morning was polite and cheerful. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Room 1: Room service never came and brought towels or to make up room. Bathroom tub didn't drain. Coffee stains in the sink. Nasty. Requested a new room
Room 2: Smelled wet and like mold. Light and fan in restroom didn't work.
I understand sometimes we people need to save some money but please STAY AWAY!!

The hotel has wall paper falling from the walls. Guest services was decent.
Room 3: Microwave doesn't work.
