Staff is very helpful and courteous. Building 844 is newly refurbished and very comfortable; Building 845 (where registration is located) is older and needs refurbishing. Amenities are good regardless, rooms are clean and well furnished.
Got stuck in old part of hotel. There was no elevator. Poop in stairs. Instead of cleaning stairs they put caution tape up. Paint was chipping off walls. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. Kept killing ants in room. Had to request light bulbs be changed. No light switch when you enter so you have to walk in the dark to find lamps. Bathroom threshold disgusting. Hair dryer broken.
The reception desk service is great, complimentary hygiene items available upon request, coffee, tea and water, the bed and linens were comfortable. The rooms are dated and show their age: the bathroom is extremely small, but there is a full size refrigerator. Unfortunately, there was still drinks in the refrigerator from the previous occupant.
