Stayed at this hotel during Ga/Fl game. Hotel is being renovated and the rooms are fabulous.
Food at both Pier 15 and lounge was excellent.

For hotel of that size to remain open during a complete overhaul that in itself tells you they are amazing.
So much construction made it less than desirable. My room was okay but lacked the common toiletries you normally have. When I got back to my room after my first night, someone had placed the Do Not Disturb sign on my door so no one cleaned my room. The menu for room service was not the most current but I will say the room service food was great and the staff who delivered it was great also.
Don't believe the pictures you see online. The rooms appear nice but it doesn't tell the real story. The place is under construction. If the elevators are actually working, you get a strong smell of mold once you get to your floor. The room a/c turns off when you leave the room, so every time you come back to the room is steaming hot and humid. I didn't know it was possible to have more humid air inside a building than outside, but the Lexington has mastered it. The parking lot is the most bizarre thing I have ever witnessed, I'm not sure they could make it more inconvenient. There were trash cans all over for water that was leaking from the ceiling. I would never stay here again.
Do yourself a favor spend a little more an actually stay in a nice hotel. This place should have renovated its employees not the rooms
This hotel is by far the worst I have stayed at, might as well be a 5 star in a third world country. Just because you have the required amenities does not make you a high class hotel. Just to break it down, you will pay to park, nothing really close and on the river walk means at the end of the river walk. $10 for parking and $4 for each room key you lose. Not that I lose room keys but if my hotel is worried about a cheap generic piece of plastic I have serious concerns. Also check in is at 4, not 2 or 3 like most places so when I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes before they would allow me to go to my room. Construction everywhere and no apology signs to be seen. the waiting area of the hotel looks more like a college frat house and the bar has limited seating and you will break your neck trying to watch the TV. Horrible customer service all the way around from the valet, front desk to the cleaning crew, all of them could care less that you are paying to stay there.
