The beds were very good. Their was a piece of hair on the toilet and another piece of hair in the sink. It didn't have a refrigerator, it was just a basic room. We were escaping hurricane Irma and spent 2 nights there. The walls are very thin! The baby in the room next to us kept us up by screaming which babies will do. More insulation between rooms would have made the stay much nicer. The staff was very nice. Other than the 2 pieces of hair found in the bathroom which I felt was disgustin and the v thin walls, the rest of our stay was nice.
I was there on business for jury duty today (July 28, 2017). The establishment is well kept and clean. The ladies restroom was well maintained and the meeting rooms we used were well lit, labeled so we could easily find our way to and from also and spacious. Very comfortable and welcoming hotel staff also.
Here for my daughter's birthday. She has always wanted to have a pool party so we came here for the indoor pool. Pool is not heated, hot tub has been turned into a Damn planter, and sauna has been walled off. Very disappointed from when i came here as a kid.
I'm only giving 4 stars because I didn't stay in any room or see how the rooms are. I was there at an event and the space was good, lighting and sound was good, the bathroom was clean - needed seat covers though. All in all, the event space is great!
It was very good but the hotel is Fairly old and you pay for everything... There's no microwave or Fridge which I could have gotten from a 3 star hotel. Overall the experience was ok.
