One of my favorite hotels. The location is awesome and the staff is friendly and efficient.

This place was a dream, and doesn't skimp on its amenities. Delicious breakfast served daily, swimming pool with BBQ and even a well lit half court for basketball. The room itself was immaculate, king size bed, a sofa and recliner. Kitchenette with dishes and flatware as well as full size fridge w/ ice maker and 2 burner stove. I highly recommend this hotel.
Front desk staff needs better customer service skills- some personnel were very rude to my daughter and wife. The suite was humid and carpet was dirty and stained, the shower door would not shut and the front desk did not keep coffee brewed. Due to this bad experience I will not be staying here again. Hilton should remove their name from this hotel(more like motel) chain. Highly not recommended and way overpriced! Stay at the Hampton Inn South- Jacksonville Town Center location, much better experience. This entire facility needs to be remodeled and re-staffed. I do want to make it a point to give Scott the night shift front desk clerk a 5 star review as he went out of his way to make me and my family feel right at home!
The location is great. It is located at the Town center. So shopping and dining is all in walking distance. I haven't seen the rooms but the lobby is nice and the coffee is good. we
