Place was clean, gym good, bar, breakfast, all good, clean, but staff makes this place.

It was a great room and we got an amazing deal on it. Would definitely recommend! Pros: Friendly staff, free breakfast that's decent, clean everything, spacious rooms. The King Studio Suite has full-size fridge + microwave, and random accessories like the lighted mirror/air conditioner are great! Cons: None, really. Some of the spaces throughout aren't quite big enough for their designed purpose (e.g. the space by the elevators isn't big enough for the luggage carts to fit comfortably without being an impediment, and the dining room gets very crowded very fast during breakfast).
This hotel was amazing. I booked online. Young man named Demetrius checked us in. He was awesome. He was Well mannered, polite, extremely helpful as we was on vacation. He also served as concierge. All the places he referred us to including the beaches was perfect. Hotel was very accommodating. Clean spacious and beautiful rooms. Will definitely stay again. Only hiccup was maids appear not to know basic English but we will be back.
Loved having some grills near the pool so we could still keep an eye on the kids while cooking and relaxing.

I stayed at this hotel during hurricane Irma, and the staff was amazing. They worked their butts off, around the clock to make sure guests and their pets (dog friendly) rode out the hurricane in comfort. Cannot say enough good things about the team there. One of the staff brought in home baked muffins for the guests.
This is a really nice hotel. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the decor is modern and up to date. I noticed they hung photography from local artists on the walls in our room which definitely gets them on my good side. It wasn't luxurious but it was fresh and comfortable. Three free meals were served every day and the quality was excellent. I would have loved to stay longer and I would love to go back.
