It was best experience with Hampton. Great customer service and nice and clean room. Popcorn and cookies for welcome. Better price at last minute.
It is under construction so the hallways is scotch tape covered and makes a loud popping noise for every step waking everyone you walk by. The rooms and lobby were clean and had a nice towel sculpture on the bed. Beds were comfortable and no outside noise other than the popping hallway. Room was small for the price so three stars overall. Breakfast was great! Lots of options like yogurt, scrambled eggs, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, and turkey bacon. Didn't use the gym or pool so no feedback there.
No never again! Late arrival and tired or I would have found another. Old hotel. Dirty toilet, drink rings on desk. $7 parking?? Really? Sandpaper towels. Nothing around at night except for the raccoon family living on the new canopy. Staff does not care. Also under rennovations and screws and lessening left by crew. Again, staff could care less about it. Great breakfast includes waffles with whipped cream! 2 elevators.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is conveniently located and there was ample paid ($7) parking. There was some construction going on but they promptly ended construction well before nightfall. Everyone at the hotel was professional and helpful. This was my second visit to the hotel and I will likely return in the future.
