This was our second visit to Hampton Inn & Suites at Bartram Park! We were here in March and liked it so much we asked my son to have Hampton Inn set aside a block of rooms for his wedding guests for his September wedding! The hotel accommodations are outstanding from top to bottom! From the courteous staff, abundant parking, clean and pleasantly appointed lobby, very clean pool, to the nice clean, quiet rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, and large TV, we could not have been more pleased! The entire staff dealt with everyone very pleasantly and professionally! The breakfasts were good, and the coffee is outstanding - and we are all big coffee drinkers!
Ideal location. Good restaurants nearby. South of Jacksonville. Especially easy to get to on ramp for I-95 south in morning traffic from this hotel. Quiet location. Plenty of parking.
Very nice, comfortable room with a pretty view of the pond/fountain out front. I truly appreciated the extra charging & USB ports on the nightstand, a nice touch in today's world of electronics ☺️. All the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful as I wasn't familiar with the area and the cleaning service was impeccable as well. I would be happy to stay at Hampton Inn again. Great stay in a great part of town for a very reasonable price. 5 stars.
The hotel looks nice and has high review on Google; however, I woke up after staying 2 nights I had to check out of the hotel with multiple bug bites all over my body. Yes they refunded the rooms but management placed the blame on me stating that I brought them in the room with me. Unprofessional & ridiculous! There is a great Residence Property next door with much better service & better included breakfast.
While the location is not a convenient distance to Jacksonville's city center, it is very centralized within the region. Close to business centers, St. Augustine and Florida beaches. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are contemporary and clean, the breakfast buffet is very adequate.
Kudos to an outstanding job by the staff for again exceeding our expectations!
