I visited this hotel for business purposes. The location is in great proximity to NAS Jacksonville and I-295. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which it needs to improve as the finishes are a bit worn. However, the desk staff is fantastic - efficient and friendly. The entire hotel is smoke-free. It also has a free breakfast. It's fairly basic - eggs, meats, bagels, muffins, cereals, & make-your-own waffles. Good price point. The good service helps overcome the outdated appearance.

Generally good hotel, better than most for the price ranhe. It's not the Ritz but it's very nice for the value. I've stayed here more times than I can remember.

Super comfortable beds nice staff and breakfast was really good. If you stay here you have to try 4 rivers smokehouse right up the road. That place alone will have me staying at this hotel again lol

This hotel was beautiful! Clean and tidy. I was there for a professional meeting for my job. Only one problem. There was no one who said hello coming through the door and they weren't busy. But other than that everything was great. Being only in the lobby and our meeting room I can only imagine how gorgeous and comfy the suits are. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

I always prefer to stay in Best Western as its the best for me. I like the breakfast served here as its really good. The rooms were always clean and neat in all the places that i stayed. The problem i had in Collins Rd, Jacksonville, FL is INTERNET. It didnt connect all the time when i stayed. There was also noise all night.
