The staff at this best western were very helpful and friendly! The area is nice, right off the exit, and the hotel is close enough to walk to restaurants. Room cleanliness is probably average compared to most rooms. We stayed in a 2 room suite, which was helpful for us, we had family that visited while we were in town. We would recommend staying at this hotel, and we will definitely stay again!
Arrived and was told we did not have a reservation, thank goodness I had the Co firmation number with me. After being told they had no rooms customer service intervened and found us a room. Only cool shower available this am and no hair dryer in room. Room was clean.
I just stayed at this hotel as I had to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. I have to say that it was the best hotel experience!! The hotel is very well-maintained and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was most impressed by the quality of the room which was the most spacious hotel room that I have ever stayed in. In spite of the strong winds outside from the hurricane, the sound proofing was so good that I barely heard any noise. Also the breakfast was excellent!! I would highly recommend this hotel!!
We always stay at the Cecil Field Best Western when we got to Jacksonville and this hotel is the best in the area. It's close to all we need to get to and the people/staff are amazing and very thoughtful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and we've had really good upgrades.
Staff friendly. Good quality room. Only gripe is location. All closest night life is 30 plus minutes away. Except the bowling alley. But as for the hotel everything was exceptional.
