It most be the location. Many people come to the library to read, research or study. But most people that comes to this library como to either talk loud to one another or their cellphone. It makes it very difficult for the people that need the library for the purpose of acquiring knowledge to do so. The staff it's very rude, they all look down on people.
I haven't been to the library in yrs, but I know how to not let the people there get to me. Maybe the person your looking at for help has had a bad day..... Smile and maybe you would help them .... If you point your finger at someone you have 3 pointing back. Most of these folks are volunteers.
I will never come to this place again!!!!! The computers are so damn slow!!! I literally had 4 minutes left before they computer shut down and in 4 minutes I couldn't print one damn paper that I already had pulled up!!!!! I'm so disgusted! They need to upgrade their slow ass computers!!! Instead of the lady printing out my paper she let me waste $2 because of their slow ass computers! They are so unprofessional I'd rather buy me a printer before I ever go to this disgusting place
I love the friendly help I receive when I go and need help. The children's section has a nice variety.
The staff is very rude. Sit with my laptop at the kids section doing my school work while my daughter was playing, the manager came and told me She will have to move and my kids because I can not use my laptop at kids section while she was playing.
