Great library but certain staff are extremely rude.
Coming up on our first year anniversary being in Jax, Pablo Creek Library was my lifeline to computer access to find apartments, utilities, information about the area, directions to places, etc. . .having such a nice and helpful staff was the cherry on top! Thank you Pablo Creek Library and staff! We always feel so welcomed when we pick up or drop off our books and other materials -

I love walking here. It is about a mile from my apartment, and the walk there and back is invigorating. Support your local libraries people. Amazing resources that very few people use.
The phone app is clumsy and needs to be redesigned.
They are always coming up with programs to connect with the community; often in ways that go beyond books.
Love the library. I go all the time. Often the titles I am looking for are not kept at this branch but you can get it in a few days; you can submit your request online.
