Although the price was decent and the staff was friendly, my engagement ring and wedding band were soldered crooked. (Pictures included)

My ring was resized today at Premier Jewelers and they did an excellent job and with reasonable pricing too. I only went half a size down but it fits so much better. I read some of the other good reviews about ring resizing and I have absolutely no regrets going here to get the job done because there are no marks or unevenness from the process! That was my fear from seeing horrible resizing jobs done at a few other places. But the resizing here was awesome and I am very happy with the pricing. I got my ring from James Allen and didn't want to send it back there due to it being 3-4 weeks of them getting it done. The jeweler to resize the rings are there on Tuesday and Thursday so I took it today since it's Tuesday and it was done within 4 hours! Awesome job!
So know the engagement ring sits off center from the wedding band which almost defeats the purpose of soldering them together if it's permanently crooked. I didn't go back after this due to not having enough funds to have them redo the solder if they even could re-solder it.
I had a family heirloom that i wanted a larger diamond put into. Great work. Awesome pricecess and very informative. They worked around my secret engagement schedule and kept everything hush hush. Great experience. Beautiful work!

I came in just before my wedding in March 2017 to get my wedding band and engagement ring (both were ordered from online jewelers) and to get them soldered together. I came in at lunch to drop off the rings and picked them up that afternoon.
