The best jeweler in town! I went to several different places at the towns center as well as the Avenues mall and left disappointed. Thankfully we found Deerwood jewelers. I didn't expect to find a wedding band to match my engagement ring but they had a good variety and I found the perfect one. They also offered to custom make a wedding band to match my engagement ring. Customer service is superior and they aren't pushy. Rohan was amazing! Go here, you won't regret it!
Bright lights and budget sign people out front don't make for a reputable jeweler. First off the sign twirler out front looked like he was a little to happy and should have been my first clue, if you get it!! Second the white lights inside make the stones appear really white and should have been my second clue. By all means take the stones outside to get a real look at what you are buying. In my opinion not quality merchandise and would not recommend. Reputable jewelry stores with quality merchandise do not need budget advertising and bright fake lights, think about it!
I see why they have a 5 star rating and so many positive reviews. The entire time I was there, people were walking in the door and every one of them was greeted by the staff by their name. This tells me people are coming back, and repeat customers are a testimony to the type of service this place provides.
Love this place. I’ve been to Deerwood Jewelers multiple time for different needs every time for different family members. I’ve always found something beautiful here. My girlfriend and I had looked online and in jewelry stores around Jacksonville. We walked into Deerwood and it just felt different. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely kind. They heard our concerns and answered a lot of questions for us. We dealt primarily with Larissa who made a wonderful deal happen for us. She helped us pick a setting, and mocked up several stones for us until we were happy. I left the store satisfied that we had found the ring my fiancée wanted and deserves. In a world of online shopping and big box stores, Deerwood Jewelers went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I am thrilled to have proposed last night (she said yes!) and know that I will be returning to Deerwood Jewelers in the future for all my shiny, sparkly needs!
As soon as you enter this place, it's like walking in a diamond wonderland rather than your typical pushy retail environment. There was no pressure to buy at all! Just helpful friendly faces and a large, quality selection of jewelry to choose from. I wasn't making a major purchase, but they made me feel like I was as valued a customer as if I had spent big bucks.
The team at Deerwood Jewelers went above and beyond to help me with an heirloom ring that I brought in for evaluation. I stopped in to discuss appraisal services, and they had the best price and fastest turn around of all the shops I called and visited. They were honest and told me I didn't need a full appraisal for what I was doing and they did a quick evaluation of my piece instead (which saved me money). I got all the info I needed on my ring quickly and in detail. They answered all of my questions with a pleasant and happy-to-help demeanor.
