Amazing experience. I’m from Gainesville and after dealing with all the franchise jewelry shops here that made it feel like I was buying a used car, I went to Beards and I couldn’t be happier. Where do I begin? Five star review upon five star review, and now I get it and am honored to be their customer. I went three different times searching for the right engagement ring with zero knowledge or experience, dealt with several different staff (including the owner once) and every single time I left feeling great and thinking that was the place I'd most likely end up. I went to the Jacksonville Town Center location with high hopes of getting an engagement ring. The commercials for the five year no interest financing is what led up to my visit. Upon my arrival I was greeted and helped immediately, after gathering the reason for my visit the associate took me to the beginning of the ring counter and went case by case. There was no pressure and everyone I dealt with was very patient and kind. Once I found what fit my needs the associate made what I picked out fit my budget. I was very please with my buying experience and even more the finished product. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend Beard's to my friends and loved ones.
Meg offered great assistance in narrowing down my options. I wasn't really knowledgeable on the different specs/factors that would affect my decision, but Meg was able to clear things up for me and guide me through terrific choices. I didn't expect to check out with anything as I just wanted to do a first glance and look-shop. I didn't feel pressured to make a hasty buy.
