I've had State Farm for over three years now and have had nothing but great service. I even had a claim with no complaints. Today I called to get a quote for my dad who just moved here from Pa and within 10 minutes he had his new policy and saved a ton of money. Thank you Tim Murphy State Farm!
Don't use your roadside assistance AT ALL or State Farm will cancel your policy. Dealing with State Farm has turned into a nightmare and I never got any help from this agent.
Horrible service, Signed up online and never heard anything. Got a letter stating they decided to cancel us. Would go elsewhere, perhaps another state farm agent or company all together.
My husband and I were out of town for an extended period of time when Irma hit. Tim called me personally to see if our house was ok. When I explained that I had no idea since we were in the North East, he literally got right in his car and drove to check on the house for me. Just knowing everything was ok at home meant the world to my husband and I. Hard to find that level of caring and customer service these days! Thanks Tim.
WORST INSURANCE EVER - Will not do anything for you - Loyal customer, automatic payments and they increased my rate ridiculously without my concern. Her email replied when " just make sure when you are pricing insurance that you price exactly the same coverage". DON'T GO THERE.
