Wish I could give 0 stars, but this story needs to be heard so other families don't face the trouble we did. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The owner of this business is who was EXTREMELY RUDE and does not care to receive service. My experience here was so bad that we are taking further actions and it wasn't even my policy. My significant other and I went twice to this firm. First time, they charged us $20 to run a check, he then signed a contract for a big down payment and monthly, in which we didn't care because we understood due to his driving record. After a month, he walked in there to pay for his next month and they told him they dropped him. They didn't call to tell us when it happened, they waited till we walked in?! He was driving uninsured and they ILLEGALLY BROKE a signed contract which I witnessed. We took that lost, sold the truck, and moved on. Today we brought a new car and went to get insurance. Or try! They took $20 and check again, which apparently didn't work the first time so we are already nervous about them just ripping us off again, and approved him for a bigger down payment and monthly. We then asked where the money went for the last down payment from the impromised and broken contract DUE TO THEIR WRONGLY CHECKED STATUS, and sought to see what they could do for us to continue business. She would not answer the question and continued to interrupt as we simply tried to explain what happened. She seemed to be caught up in a SCAM. We left to find other CHEAPER insurance and now are furthering this with actions since the owner does not understand that money is very valuable especially as a student. In conclusion, the business bureau will hear about this and more actions will be brought.
I like this company. They really try to help you find the best rate! I even was short a couple of dollars and they helped me out until payday. I think some people have bad experiences because they cannot understand the directness in their demeanor. They are straight to the point people with no time to waste. I can truly appreciate this!
Terrible service , I'm a car salesmen and I've delt with a ton of insurance company's and this by far is the worst....I can't even get my customers varified to get a new vehicle even though the customer was there with me as I called they would not release any information...which lead to more steps to the already drawn out process of buying a car ....very very poor
They are very rude and disrespectful to there customers and I ask for a new quote cause my insurance went up they did not do it so I found new insurance pay under 200 I don't like spending my money where I am not respected at..they need a new staff cause I was very displeased and didn't feel comfortable with they nasty attitude
We came in the first time and we were rushed and moved from person to person. Whatever. We we're happy with our insurance until we came in and changed 1 vehicle on the policy. The woman told us it was only a $5 increase. I just got my first payment automatically deducted and its actually a $193 difference! I called and she told me she cant help me and I need to speak to the insurance company. I told her their rep told me there would only be a $5 increase...she didn't care to help me.
