To my recollection, my family has had 3, maybe 4, speeding tickets (not too bad for 21 years), 3-4 accident/damage claims (1 of which was vandalism and another a 50/50 fault claim), and 3 windshield replacement claims total. These numbers are off the top of my head, but my point is they aren't excessive. A good portion of that has come recently due to adding my daughter to our policies and her having a slight learning curve often dealt with with new drivers.
I have been with Connie's office now for over 5 years and want to share with everyone how truly wonderful this agency is. I don't just say that as a staff member but also as a customer. Connie's agency strives everyday for remarkable service. From the moment you are greeted with a smile and beverage from Evan at the front desk (who is AMAZING by the way!) to working with your own personal representative who cares not just about your accounts, but also about you as a person, family or business; this agency has your best interest at heart and comes to work every day to protect it's policy holders from life's unexpected challenges and help them reach their dreams. You can't go wrong with Connie's office!
I've very impressed with Connie's agency. As an employee the other representatives are always friendly and professional. As a State Farm client the service is always amazing. Nothing is lacking in this office!

I'm not doing the math here, but we pay a great deal of money to this establishment every month to ensure we have protection against this learning curve. Trust me when I say, our vehicle claims have been minor in relation to the money spent on insurance.
Do yourself a favor and avoid State Farm. I understand insurance companies are solely there to make money, but in my opinion, a small amount of loyalty is not too much to ask.

All that being said, we are blessed to have been given the push we needed to finally switch to a new insurance provider. Please heed my advice and look elsewhere. This branch has been an ongoing headache with regards to simple policy changes. Mrs. Doyle has always seemed very nice and knowledgeable, but certain members of her staff (not naming any names specifically) are extremely rude and highly incompetent.
I've been a loyal customer of State Farm since I got my driver's license 21 years ago. I've had many different vehicles/toys insured through them. Well, I was recently informed that they will not be renewing any of my policies.
My wife and I have been with State Farm for over 15 years and with Connie Doyle for the last several when she was recommended by our former agent who retired. We have only had two claims with State Farm and they couldn't have been more helpful or cooperative. Connie and her staff are outstanding - we couldn't be more pleased! She will spend as much time as necessary to review our insurance options; and extremely thorough in explaining ways for us to save on our premiums. When she is not able to insure us (e.g., excess flood) she is more than willing to refer us a broker who can provide that coverage. All of her staff are friendly and helpful.
