Extremely slow to receive my quote to setup coverage. Then quote changed twice. After a month found out coverage was setup wrong. Emails unanswered, no communication. Go with a different office.

I have had a policy with State Farm since I started driving about 8 years ago & I've always been happy with their service. All the employees I've had interactions with have been friendly, polite and helpful. About once to twice a year I get a call to come in and talk about my policy & somehow I feel like my rate goes down each time. Last March I was involved in an accident in which the other person didn't have insurance. State farm was so helpful during this time by calling to check in multiple times (even months after the accident) and settlement wasn't a haggle either. My rate per month is very fair also! I highly recommend (& Kim Lego is amazing herself)!
Got a good quote for my niece who is a new driver after shopping around. We gave all information and signed the policy. Not the preliminary....the complete contract. One week later they upped the premium by over $200 per month stating that it had to be adjusted based on the information that was already given. Nothing has changed. However we are on the road to fixing it with the help of the owner.
Purchased a policy after being with a competitor for 20 years. For the first year my policy was fine. 2 years ago start getting regular (every 6 months calls) to come in and review my policy. This is an attempt to cross-sell upsell customers. Each time, my policy has increased $100 every six months. After this last round of increase/calls, I emailed the office and stated I was not renewing my policy. Called to follow up about changing was informed that no one notated my account. Additionally, I have always marked that I am a Do not Call Do not Solicit and all of my accounts settings were changed!
