Mike at State Farm is the best!!! My previous experience was absolutely horrible. I'm happy to say Mike changed that! He's very patient & kind!!! Thank you again!!!

I've been with John Brooks State Farm for years and have always been pleased with their service.
WORST INSURANCE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! As a matter of fact probably the worst experience I've had with any business much less one that I was giving loads of money to and receiving nothing back. First off, someone at this agency canceled my policy without my permission and had not been in any accidents or receive any citations. I have been up there 3 or 4 times in person and have only been able to talk to one agent once. He told me "today is my last day but I will leave John a note with all your information and the details in which we have discussed today so he can get back to you first thing tomorrow." Well, never heard from this John guy. I've also called up there about 10 times in addition to all the attempts of stopping by and have never talked to or heard from John. Actually I've never met or heard from him since I've had a policy there. Which is odd because every time I do call they promise me that I will hear from him asap. This has been going on since June and it is now October. All I wanted was for someone to say "im sorry we made a mistake, lets sit down and go over why your payments have changed and what all happened." Now, months later without ever hearing from them and being so patient, I'm done with this agent and attempting to transfer to another agent... but now I can't get ahold of him transfer my policy to the new agent. Which by the way this agent and all the ladies there in the office are super sweet and are really doing their best to help me with this. I still haven't got ahold of John or had my policy transferred but I'm hoping the ladies at Beth Arnold's office , off of bay meadows will be able to get this resolved for me. Thanks for nothing John Brooks! You had one job! Smh
