We had an amazing experience here. Our 3 year old son had to get surgery done and we had to bring out 4 year old daughter with us. They involved my daughter in the whole experience by letting her hold important papers, giving her a bracket too, allowing her to ride in the boat wheel chair like her brother got to do. They found out that my son likes Doc McStuffins and about 10 minutes later they came in with a Stuffy doll for him! My son gets pretty bad separation anxiety but after the great experience from every staff member, when it was time to take him back to surgery he didn't even cry! These people are so amazing. When we got home my children said "mommy we had a good time at the hospital today". Can you believe that!? Five stars!!!!
I can't say enough about how impressed we were with the staff! My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed and was nervous. By the time she was being taken back for surgery, she was so comfortable and calm. A huge thank you to everyone who catered to her and made her feel super safe and special!!!
We was in and out any other hospital would have you waiting 4+ hours just for some results. We came in and went straight to the room first time being there and they did a great job 5 stars from me. Thank you for taking care of my son.
ER timing sucks! Wait time is crazy long. Doctors, few know what they are doing . Nurses are nice and attentive. I wish there was another childrens hospital in the area. I did have to drive 1.5 hrs. Thats Florida!!! OVERALL, I update this review since in our last visit things were different, the nurse we have was awesome and the Dr. Seem to know what she was doing. They lied about the test results saying things were normal and after having a look for myself alot of things are way off. Two weeks later my baby is still very sick and they cant figure it out. Will not listen to requests by parents and will only test for what they think it may be with dumb answers like when I asked to check for toxins in the blood, i was answered if i tought my baby was on heroine! I hate this place, its a beautiful hospital but doctors are dumb.
Now usually the adult side isn't as slow. These mfs rude as hell. And I really don't appreciate how they treated me today. Had me waiting for three hours yo. that's crazy asf bra
