My brother completely broke his forearm. We took him to the emergency pediatrics and he was in a room seeing a doctor in less than 5 minutes of walking in. Staff was friendly and welcoming. He was in a split and we were walking out in about 3 hours total.
Worst hospital I've ever witnessed. Staff was rude, and plain mean. Not all but there were more crappy staff then ppl who helped.
I was made to feel so comfortable that I relaxed and surgery seemed short time. All staff very friendly n warm.
My father was sent to Baptist Hospital after being found non reponsive on board a Carnival Cruise in 2015. He passed away but the staff at Baptist made my entire family feel comfortable considering the circumstances. They worked with great lengths to do everything possible to save my father! After my father passed away the nurse staff embraced us and several cried themselves. They were professional and the phycians were great too! I was checking on this hospital because of Hurricane Irma and found a rating and comment section. Our medical community isn't given enough praise. With that said, I rate this hospital 5 stars! Praying for all affected by Hurricane Irma
I have been to all three Baptist medical centers in the Jacksonville area in the last couple of weeks. They are by far the best hospital I've ever been in. The entire staff is very caring and nice. I had major surgery this week and I was hospitalized at Baptist downtown and the staff was very caring and very patient with me as I wasn't the easiest patient to deal with. I would go out of my way to get to a Baptist Hospital in an emergency situation. I came in through the emergency room twice. I was taken back and treated immediately. Everyone is so nice and don't make you feel like you are a number, the staff cares about your well-being. I don't recommend going to any hospital, it's best to stay healthy but if necessary Baptist is by far the best I have ever been to, and I have been to many. Very impressive. Five stars all the way!
IMO don't go here they are worthless.
