I have been coming here for years. Most of the personal are great, but they still have some bad apples in the baskets . Very expensive and they will not work with on the cost., unless you are dirt poor. The middle class gets screwed in this hospital.
Best ER I have ever Stepped foot in! (I have been in many) Very caring staff! Everyone went out of their way to get me well. Absolutely love the doctors and the entire staff here. Five stars, but they deserve 10!
Came in with a lot of pain I usually control it but I couldn't this time around. They treated me for a uti. 12 hours later I couldn't stand the pain my friend took me to st Luke's to find out I had 14 ovarian cyst on my left overy and 3 on my right one. I see a surgeon this week. Thank you Baptist for NOT knowing what you went to school for
Plus they gave me zofran...and I wasn't throwing up...idiots.
Our nurse was beyond rude (Lori B). Seriously can't believe anyone would employ her. She was so rude that we declined to have her come back to our room anymore. Another nurse took a sample to check if my kid had strep throat - what a butcher job on that, very unprofessionally done. Considering the nurses already act as if it's a hassle to do their jobs, can't they atleast upkeep on their own hygeine? Their hair is uncombed and tangled like they are hobos. They act as weird as they look!
Women's center has some of the most rude women working in that office. I've never had such disrespect in my life at a hospital. They tried to charge me full when my insurance covers and then wouldn't even talk my options out with me. I could have paid for the visit but I'd rather deliver in a van than ever come back here again. Called my insurance when I got in the car and sure enough my insurance told me I was 100% covered and they shouldn't have tried to charge me.
