Had an ultrasound to check on my baby here and everyone was so nice! My technician was very kind and nice to talk to and we were in and out in a reasonable time. They do a couple little things too to show that they care about your experience there. Lovely place, cant wait to go back in 2 months.
My mother was referred to this place due to a large mass in her left breast. When the doctor called the center on June 19th to book the appointment they were not willing to get her in until July 14th! Their reason? Because it will be a 30 minute appointment and they only have 20 minute slots open. However, they had 2 20 minute slots open back to back, but instead of booking 2 appointments to hold the time for her, they scheduled her a month ahead so they could make more money off of the 2 appointments instead of just her 1. Our family has history of breast cancer; it is prevalent in our family including her mother! They don't care about patients, they care about the money. Do not support this place if you can help it. This is unethical and totally unprofessional!
