My brother was in a bad car accident this summer (2017) he was moved from Shands to the Specialty hospital and they really screwed him up!!! He had a feeding tube in his throat that should have been taken out after a few days but they left it in for weeks so now he might have permanent trouble swallowing. After his feeding tube was out they didn't seem to want to take the time to feed him so he lost a BUNCH of weight. His family is in Ohio and Texas so there hadn't been a constant family member there,I was shocked when I received a picture of his skinny arm.
