A much better experience that when I was here before. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The male nurse is always as nice and polite as can be. Great Job!!!
Last time I was here was 2 years ago. They have since moved. This office looks a lot nicer, but they could not locate my file. Then, I am waiting to be called and a lady walks in and after 5 minutes goes straight back. I asked the receptionist was there a reason that I was skipped. She said that she completed her paperwork before you and had an appointment. I just left it alone from that point. The male nurse though was very polite, could tell I was upset and did his best to make me smile.
My insurance doesn't cover doctor visits so I have to shop around via Minute Clinics etc. I have been very happy with my visits to Lakeshore Med Care Center. They are not the Taj Mahal of medical centers but I do not want to pay extra for that; I just want a doctor that tells me what is wrong with me! One caveat, they are not your family doctor (I don't have one) so if you have several conditions that need coordinating you may need to make sure you have a family doctor.
Quick not a lot of fuss not the best looking of places but efficient and effective
