I first saw a bouquet from Hagan florist at our church preschool and called the friend who ordered it to find out more. She said it came from here so I needed to get flowers today and for a low price I literally got the most incredible arrangement I have ever bought anybody. They worked w me for same day pick up, and were very pleasant! I will for sure order from them again. So far 2/2... So so impressed with the amazing arrangement!
Wonderful! When I need to send flowers out of my area, instead of calling a 1-800 number and spending most of my money on fees, I usually search for a florist that is local to the recipient then call that business directly. I am VERY pleased with Hagan Florists! The lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful and the person I sent the flowers to LOVED them. She sent me photos of the bouquet she received and it was HUGE and BEAUTIFUL. I've got Hagan bookmarked for future orders.
I felt like she didn't want me to do business there so I obviously won't be back.
Needed a large spray in a hurry. Funeral Home recommended them. I drove there ordered and they were custom arranged and delivered within an hour and a half. Absolutely beautiful. They have a very nice gift shop, which I had visited several times in the last month and knew about smaller arrangements but did not know they were a full service flower shop. Won't do that to them again, hopefully, but they were awesome in accommodating my request and have won my business.
Well two strikes and your done! Never again will I enter the gift shop. This florist shows no care for its customers in regards to anything. I was running late getting home so I tried to stop in and pickup flowers. 10 minutes prior to closing the doors where shut and the lady at the cash register just shook her head at me! I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Here is the last straw. Another occaion, order an arrangement online and they took no care as to who to contact when they didn't have the exact arrangement available! Its OK no surprise here just call the RECIPIENT and ask them what they ordered!! WAKE up HAGAN FLORIST, your not the only game in town.
I Arrived at the shop 15 minutes to close on Friday hoping to place an order for a boutique of flowers for pickup on Monday. After saying I was looking for something specific the middle-aged female shopkeeper shooed me to the back to look at the pre-made flower arrangements while she worked on closing. I tried approached her again, but got more of the same.
