We had horrible service from this place. They messed up not only 1 order but 2 orders! My husband works out of town and wanted to do something special for me. He gave them a second chance since they messed up the first order ..... then they messed the 2nd order up too! They lie and do not wish to compensate you for the inconvenience they cause. We have told everyone we know about the issues we had with this company. Use someone else. This company is not the place you want to spend your money at. I wish I could give them 0 stars! What a way to ruin a special day.
Great People, Great Service, Beautiful Flowers, - forget 800flowers.... These people are prompt have a good selection of quality Flowers. I can't tell you how LUCKY I feel to have found a Florist I can count on for consistency to get my order to my wife who is a nurse at St. Vincents. Discovered them through a friend on the way to breakfast at Cool Moose one morning.

Needed flowers delivered to a family member at St. Vincent's Hospital. I live out of area so I left the arrangement up to the florist and they did a fantastic job! They even delivered earlier than expected because they could. Great customer service! Couldn't be happier!
