I ordered 2 dozen roses for my Mother In Law's Birthday in which I placed the order Monday to have it delivered Friday to her job. I looked on the tracking record and all it showed was in transit and the delivery time would be after my Mother In Laws job would be closed. I called customer service in to which they didn't care at all as I had to explain several times that the business would be closed and the flowers would not be able to be delivered. I was told there was nothing that could be done but a partial refund of only $27. This was my first time ordering from them and needless to say it will be my last. I have NEVER received such poor service especially considering how much money was spent on a non-commodity item.

Well, she stayed until 5:30PM and still... no flowers.
I highly implore anyone of you who slightly consider using this company to reconsider, its frustrating, inaccurate, and a waist of money.
Now, my wife on Valentines Day will not receive any flowers on Valentine's Day because I chose to trust this company.
I have never had any issue from this branch. I bring home BEAUTIFUL arrangements and dozens of roses at a time. These folks are busy because they are DYNAMIC at what they do. Place your orders early ESPECIALLY during a holiday to ensure that your loved one will receive the best quality and expected delivery...never had a disappointment ever.

My order arrived bright and early for my grandmothers birthday and it was exactly what id hoped for! I bought one of the more inexpensive bouquets, and it was beautiful! The flowers look very healthy, and there is a good ratio of bloomed to closed flowers! Which means some beautiful lillies to look at later! Thank you 1800 flowers
Not only did I waste $78 on an empty promise but also I tried calling multiple times before their closing time, 5PM, and no one answered, so I left a voicemail.
I ordered flowers for my wife to be shipped to her place of work, and the representative I spoke with on the phone said that it should be there before 5PM, which is the same time she gets off.
Spent $80 dollars total, to get flowers delivered on Valentines day, to My Girlfriend's Work. They had my phone number and hers. Nothing was taking care of, as the end of the work day approached, they told me they have no record of the purchase. Of course they charged my card, and did not call either of our phones. They had both of our numbers in case something was to happen. I was so upset, that she did not get this experience, as others that she worked with did. Now, I look like the bad guy and it ruined the whole evening. I would recommend no one to do business with them, what a Joke! Just call me, if you can't deliver on what you promise. I called all day, and of course could not get through except one time, when the lady told me, she had no record of anything.
