They take forever and still have bad attitude to customs. They promise to call back but they never do. I took my laptop 3 weeks ago and they never call back and always had a bad attitude when i call AND AFTER ALL THAT THEY DIDNT FIX IT. I don't recommend this to anyone it is a waste of time.
