My recommendation is for the Apple Store at St. Johns Town Center to improve their communication and organizational strategies to avoid something like this happening to another customer. Had all of this been checked prior to customer's visit, this would not have happened. It's a simple fix that could prevent the store from losing customers.

The only positive thing I have to say about the store was that I was greeted and assisted immediately upon entering. Also, the technician arrived only five minutes after my scheduled appointment which is reasonable. Otherwise, I would give one star.

I've been an Mac owner since they were called Macintosh. Despite my affinity and loyalty to Apple, I'm seriously considering that this may be the last Apple product I purchase.

I never leave reviews for places but my phone was glitching so bad I couldn't even use it.. went to the Apple Store and they told me a 3 hr wait. So I asked another lady named Whitney if I could make an appointment and come back another time, instead she multi tasked and help me with my phone when she didn't have to do that at all. She had me out of the store with a brand new working phone in 30 min. Thank you Whitney for making me feel like a priority and not making me wait 3 hrs!!! Such great service from her

Total Scam! Terrible Service! Wrong Diagnosis!

I saw many of the reviews online and should've trusted them. The battery in my Macbook Air needed to be replaced and I scheduled an appointment several days prior. Before my appointment, I confirmed twice with the technician and customer service representative that my the battery would be available at the store and replaced on-site.

I recently bought a new laptop (MacBook Pro 15" with touch bar) and had problems with it right out of the box. The frustration actually started before I even received the machine. I had to special order it from China to get the correct amount of hard drive space and it ended up taking longer than it was supposed to, even though I paid for rush shipping. The fan was loud and turned on right away; the screen was flickering purple (I've heard this is a known issue with the touch bar); and I felt it was poorly/cheaply built. I talked to AppleCare twice and they had me go to the store. I decided to just return the laptop even though I would have to again special order an older model. I need the machine for grad school, and it looks like I'll be without a computer for the first couple of weeks. Step up your game, Apple.

Took my mom's 5S in, to be looked at, since it would not come on at all. Their Tech Geniuses plugs it to 'their' system and says that this phone is GONE, cannot be repaired at all, but I could replace it for $350 (even though they have stopped supporting it). I asked if changing the battery would help, she states it not the battery and even if we did that it would not work because it's the hardware.

They are very slow. Did not help me at all. Takes over 20 minutes to check out using good old cash. Wish zero was a rating option....

This was the nearest store within 4 hours of my residence that would replace it same-day. The location and expected service from the store was enticing, so I decided to make a quick trip out of it. I even informed representative over the phone about my distance from the store.

At the store, the technician informed me that the battery was unavailable and suggested that I reschedule the appointment. This was extremely disappointing.

On our own we thought of just replacing the battery anyway, since we couldn't hurt a phone that's completely GONE. So $15, 20 minutes later with the help of YouTube, we had a working phone. So disappointing, that Apple has to stoop to this level. Will never buy another Apple Product!

I'm giving this store 4 stars solely for the customer service that Brian provided. He was very kind and dealt with my frustration in a calm manner and was very knowledgeable about the products. Thank you, you deserve a raise.
