The staff here is so helpful. They will take the time to get your ads and printing right the first time.
I didn't get the labels, and wasted an hour and a half. Very poor customer service.
Went on a Saturday morning, moderately busy. Went in for some notebooks that were on sale. Quiet store, was quick and easy to find the product. Attentive staff, was asked for help a few times.
An hour and a half for labels, that they couldn't get to print right. Karen the manager kept pulling the associate to help other customers, while she was working with me.
There was no other customers when I arrived, wondered if store closed early. I just needed ink for printer, in & out of store.
