Worthless. Had an issue with a product and they said to call Xbox support after they tried to figure out how the MS Xbox support website works. Staff was not knowledgeable or helpful.
Always Empty with too many staff members asking if you need help.

After 5 long dreadful days of dealing with online Microsoft technical support, i took my lenovo laptop into this store. Lynnette worked for a few hours on it herself trying everything hoping to let me take it home with me. We had to keep it there overnight. The next day we found there was no fixing my computer so Javis the store manager sold my lenovo back to company and gave me in exchange a new dell laptop. Lynnette and Javis were soo friendly and soo helpful , they just got a new lifetime customer. Will repeat and definitely recommend you go here.
They didn't have the i5 in stock so Brian upgraded me with a faster processor and more memory to i7 16GB RAM. Before leaving they made sure my new computer was free of any issues. Unbelievable customer service. This is actually my first review but I felt that they deserved it. Thank you Microsoft @ St. Johns Town Center!!
Bought a Surface Pro 4 i5 4GB RAM off amazon and loved the computer. There was a vertical sliver in middle of screen that wasn't responding to touch or the surface pen. I took it in and Brian helped me from the beggining. I only had 1 more day left of warranty but he didn't hesitate at all to get me a new laptop.
