They got my car fixed in less than 1/2 the time it has taken at other establishment's and gave a very fair price. Not to mention they kept me updated and informed on everything they planned to do. They were absolutely fantastic and polite the entire time. I will without a doubt be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone I know.
Judging by all the negative reviews that MARK is attached to, this company should really make a change for the better.
Every time I go to an auto repair place for routine service, I am always told about "other" repairs they feel they need to do. Omega isn't like that! By recommendation, I stopped by to have a check engine light diagnosed. Mark was more than accommodating to stop what he was doing to check out my car and found out that I needed some work done. He was available to take me car in the next day. I was called with the list of required service and agreed on what to do at that time. Parts were ordered and service was completed the next day ahead schedule. I'm back on the road. Definitely my garage of choice!
Just called Mark answered and what an ass based on this one interaction It's safe to assume this place is not who you want working on your car.
Outstanding Service at affordable prices. These guys really know their cars, and will save you money by not jerking you around like some of the larger corporations. Goodyear told me I needed a new battery and afterwards mysteriously my car refused to start. They then tried to tell me it was a bad alternator. The guys at Omega said that it was simply my battery terminals that needed to be cleaned. I have had no problems since. Everyone needs a trusted car guy. I feel like I found one with Omega.
If this company continues keeps MARK as an emplpyee, he will run the business to the ground. MARK is the only reason that i would NEVER consider going to this shop.
Just spoke to a CHILD by the name of Mark...I had called other shops in my area, getting quotes and price shopping so i can get the best deal from the best shop. First two shops had absolutely no problem giving ne the quote of $125 to take my ac compressor off, and put the new one in. No refrigerant fill. Just a swap.....I ask MARK if he can give me a quote, he goes on to say that they need to diagnose it before for $65. When i tell him what i need, he just hangs up the phone. I call back, and MARK answers. Does NOT apologize for hanging up the phone on me, and continues to get upset when i explain to him what i need.
