Paid $365 for a new power steering pump and serpentine belt and four days later both had come off. Then the lied saying they will have it fixed by the next day but instead left it sitting all weekend causing me to miss work. They are not peofessional at all and has cost me money that they should compensate me for. I dont recommend Anyone to this place.
am actually a business owner right beside gt automotive . and i took my hummer there to put a new engine and i paid almost 4000 . 2 monthes latter i went back the engine was knocking . he said its nothing.after that in about 4 months the heads were leaking the the engine lost power . so i took it back again and he said he has to charge me to do it again even though he gave me 3 years guarantee . so this is my advice . to people as a business owner . before u go anywhere , plz read the reviews and see how people treat customers. me personally as a owner of a business right next to him called tire express . i would never take anything to him again and never send any customers to him. this is the worst business that i have ever dealed with . again very very very bad business. and also he lost my yellow top battery and said i never had it in the truck . very bad business
Sent girlfriend's car in for gasket replacement. It came back leaking fuel all over the driveway. We immediately drove back and he went ballistic, cussing and screaming. The fuel regulator was visibly torn up. The car was dead within a month. He was featured on "Ken Amaro's On Your Side." This shop is to be avoided if you want your car back in one piece.
Best car repair business that I have encountered in years. If you are in a hurry for your car just be aware he is busy and you might have to wait a bit, but it's wait is worth it. Very reasonably priced. I checked other places and they were the best.
