Auto Spot Tire Pros are the best! On a long call to Pennsylvania I ended up with a shredded trailer tire in Jacksonville FL. My AAA will only send a truck to tow it to a place where I wanted it towed to be fixed. As you can imagine that doesn't help me at all because I am not from Jacksonville ! when I found auto spot they could not have been any more helpful they immediately took care of things and I was back on the road in a very short amount of time! They are absolutely terrific! The place is immaculate, the technicians and staff were courteous! I would use them regularly if I lived here! A five star experience! I highly recommend!
First time customer so was going with an open mind. JR was my Service Advisor and Carlos was my technician. Couldn't have been any more happy with the service. JR was very personable and helped price out tires for my next visit. Oil change and tire rotation done quickly while I waited there. Will be a repeating customer.
These guys are the best! Lowest priced quotes in the area without a doubt, highest quality work. Super nice staff that makes sure you get the service that's exactly what your car needs. Very informative, they explain what's wrong with my car, how it happened, and how I can prevent or fix it. Haven't found a problem with my car these guys haven't been able to diagnose properly, fix, and not charge me a ridiculous price.
Had a rapid deflating tire and went over to have them fix it. There was a bit of a wait and I was on a schedule but they really did their best and got me in and out as soon as possible. I really appreciate the service they provided and the honest opinion. They even let me see the ridiculously long nail that was lodged in my tire. Would highly recommend and will be going back for services.
Fist of all, I'm so sorry it took me so long to make this post. I was helped by Keith and he was amazing! He was friendly, explained everything, and answered all my question. It was a nice environment to relax in (the endless coffee was awesome).
