My car needed lots of work done so I brought it here. They finished my car quicker then I expected considering the amount of work that I asked them to do to it. The cost was fair and reasonable. While I was waiting for the rental car place to come pick me up the guys that work there gave me some tips on things to do in the area and kid friendly activities, being new to the area this was greatly appreciated and in my opinion above and beyond your standard customer service. When I went to pick up my car when it was finished the guys kept all the parts that they had replaced to show me, while this isn't necessary I'm a pretty mechanically inclined guy so I could see the issues with the parts and appreciated them doing this. I will be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

I live in Northwest Jax, but I teach a class in St. Augustine. One day I was driving down and I noticed this auto shop. After being super annoyed at chain automotive stores, and missing my favorite small town auto shop in Maryland, I decided to stop here to get my oil changed and brakes checked after my class. So glad I did. I've been back two separate times, and the experience is always far superior than when I go to big chain stores. Highly recommend. I will even drive from Northwest Jax just for the great customer service.
After replacing the tire with a quality used one, I asked if he was still going to balance the tires. He said I would do better to test-drive it first, as he believed the replaced tire was the issue and didn't want to take my money for a balance if I really didn't need it.

The customer service was beyond impeccable. This family owned automotive shop treated me and my car with the upmost respect. Their attention to detail can only be matched by their warm friendly attitude. They did not try to upsale me with unneeded parts or services. The staff was knowledgable and efficient. My car was completed in a timely manner and i would recommend them to anyone.
One time, I went in for tire balancing and the owner pointed out that one of my tires had loose belts on the inside. He showed me how I could feel it for myself.

Got 2 flat tires on my Ford F-350 in the area on my travels passing through. I called bayard tires and spoke to Ryan and told them my problem. Ryan welcomed me down and said if you get here fast we'll fix it even faster. Within 5 mins of pulling up Ryan already started working on my truck. They had 2 new tires ordered and on the truck in less than an hour. Best customer service around by the whole shop. I had my son and family with me. Big thanks to Ryan, Scott and the rest of the crew for turning a problem into a great experience!!! This is a 5 star shop and they were very reasonably priced.
