I had a broken window because some homeless guy wanted my quarters. Now i dont, it took the Novus guy like 15 minutes to do the whole job. We high fived. It was great

Called them March 27, 2017 to replace my wife's 2010 Chrysler T&C driver side window and they put me on their schedule for the following day. They did not give me a time so I called them at 1010, March 28th, and we worked out a time around 1300. He never showed up so I called and left a message at 1533, he never returned my call. My wife calls him and he answers and said that we discussed some time after 1300 not that he would be here around 1300. So fine I'll take one for the team and agreed to disagree. He promised he would be out to my house before the end of the day and he had 2 other jobs before me. Well needless to say he never showed up and never called my wife or my phone. I figured since he did not show up or call he would call me first thing on March 29, 2017, but he did not, so I called him at 0857 and he did not pick up so I left a message. I called again at 0913 and once again only got his answering machine. I figured since Novus left me high and dry I would here back rather quickly, but no? So I canceled my service and am now going with Atlantic Coast Glass Corp.
Kevin and his helper were on time, fast, and efficiant. And the price was the best in town! Thanks guys!
