Kind, professional, and transparent service. I came in unannounced with an engine noise that was making me nervous. They asked me what was wrong, took a look and offered to fix it on the spot instead of making me drop the car off. I'm a student who really needs my transportation, so that was a huge deal. The technician took his lunch break late in order to fix the problem, and even fixed a small issue at no cost because he "couldn't let me drive out of here like that". I was impressed in every way by the quality of service and repair.
No complaints for the Muffler work I had done. However I paid for a 4 Wheel alignment that did not happen. Normally you get a computer printout for the alignment. I didn't get one. They offered for me to bring in back in but I decided to go somewhere else where I wouldn't get ripped off. The technicians that did the alignment confirmed that there was no way an alignment was done recently. Cost me a set of Tires.
I highly recommend Muffler City. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They always do a great job. I never have to wait long and they have good prices!
