Return Policy is Terrible - Don't risk a high value purchase!
Chad was a great listener. Made some good recommendations without pushing the sale. Pulled out a GT Backwoods Comp from the rack and let me ride and decide for myself. Great bike and an even better deal. No haggle, no hustle, just right. Happy
I will never purchase anything from this place ever again. Do not shop here place is a joke!
This is a terrible return policy. I will not risk another high cost purchase (trainer, gps, bicycle, etc...) with Performance Bike. Neither should you.
A little too expensive for someone in a tight budget
Might beat their prices elsewhere online, but you will be challenged to beat their service after sale, at least in Jacksonville.
I don't want the product. The headache and hassle isn't worth it. But instead of having a proper back-end to deal with returns, they shove the workload on the customer.
Purchased a comfort bike here, and they have kept it serviced well, even if not an in warranty item.
I bought a mid-level, $600 bike trainer which was defective from the point of purchase. Performance Bike has a policy that will not allow a return of of a defective product. I have to send it to Wahoo Fitness and get a new one back before they would make a refund on the product.
