The guys at LakeShore Bicycles welcomed me right from the first visit. I was offered test rides and plenty of information to make a smart decision. There is a wide variety of inventory and even though my budget was somewhat limited, I was able to purchase a couple of beautiful bikes for me and my girlfriend (Specialized HardRock Disc 29'' & Trek 820 WSD). I highly recommend a visit to the guys at LakeShore Bicycles. They love to ride and they know what they are doing.
Excellent service and friendly attitude. Bought cruiser for wife at good price and had maintenance done on couple other bikes. Always professional, reasonably priced and friendly. Will be continuing customer and would recommend to anyone.

Very happy with my Trek bike. Very unhappy with disreputable Trek Dealer. Needed new Bontrager T2 tires so called local Trek dealer and was quoted ~$ 47 per tire. Almost twice the price I paid a few years ago. The Trek website quoted a price of ~$ 25 apiece. Thinking perhaps I misunderstood the dealer I called again and was quoted a price of ~ $24 per tire and that I would be called when they arrived in about ten days. Two weeks later no news so called dealer and was told that the T2 Bontrager was no longer produced and the cost of a similar non Trek tire would be ~$ 49 apiece. Bought new Bontrager T2 tires off Trek website $25.58 apiece including tax with free shipping.
Not to happy, was quoted for no more than 60.00 ended up costing 86.00 could have gotten a new rim and tire for 87.00 and rim is still bent pretty bad so I guess I'm gonna go spend the 87.00 and get an entire new set up and cut my losses, don't go here. They also don't leave space in time for walk ups.
love this place. the guys in the shop are helpful and knowledgeable and no "bike store guy" attitudes. because there shouldn't be.
