Update: 11/12/17; made a second bike purchase today. Still great customer service. I also purchased a hitch mounted bike carrier and an additional kid carrier bracket. They installed and setup everything for me. Great place with unbeatable prices.

Ordered bike paid 399. Bike arrives seems fine. Do minimal assembly. Ride bike 20 feet loud noise look back derailler snapped. Part made with very flimsy material. Asked bikes direct for help said not covered and offered to sell me one. Believe proper customer service would have been as a courtesy to send needed parts. Took to local bike shop for repair going to be 50 dollars for a Shimano that is a better part. according to bike shop. Annoying and would recommend something like this buy local.
Bought a bike in Feb lightly road it to work on nice days 3 miles one way. I notice the frame was sagging and found the damn frame snapped!!! Unreal. Total waste of money.
Had a great experience at Bike's Direct at the St Johns Town Center. I went there to look at bikes for me and my wife. Right when we walked in someone immediately asked us if we needed help and proceeded to show us bikes that fit our needs. We test rode a few bikes. I ended up buying a Motobecane Jubilee. We also purchased a kid carrier which they installed for us while we checked out. I shopped online first before arriving and their prices were very competitive. In fact, the child carrier was actually less there than anywhere I could find online, even Amazon. All in all it was a great experience and I plan on going back in the future.
