Always awesome. If they seem to be out of the flavor you're looking for, it doesn't hurt to ask. I've had them actually offer to make the one I'm looking for, on the spot!
If I could give you more stars I would! The cake that was delivered was delicious and Gabe, the guy who delivered, it was much earlier than we thought! He even texted me a picture of it while I was getting ready for our big day. Sweets By Holly you have some top notch people working for you and amazing cakes!
If there is a problem, the owner is understanding and quick to help resolve it. That is greatly appreciated & for that I would come back for any future "special dessert" needs.
The best bakery in eastern Jacksonville hands down. The custard is great and the tiny turtles are the cutest thing ever!!
Great cupcakes, but they also serve frozen yogurt. Pretty disappointing to come in on a Saturday afternoon with 4 people behind the counter and only 2 other customers but 10 of the 12 yogurt flavors are showing low mix and the two I want are completely empty. Told one of the girls behind the counter but all I got was "oh, well I'll have to tell [somebody else]".
