This place is amazing! The food is unreal and delicious! There's a huge selection of delicacies and they are all price low, $1.50 - $2.50 per item. Or you can order a traditional sandwich! The people are so nice and they know their food is amazing! It's very much culturally relevant. I think some of the bad reviews come from people who don't understand the culture. I ordered half the store to taste everything and it was so great!!!

BAD, BAD, BAD SERVICE!!! No prices listed, EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED. Do not come you will waste your TIME & MONEY. It takes them almost 20 minutes to make a single order which when there are no other customers. No tax receipt. Sketchy. Again, do not come here unless you want to overpay, BAD service! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!
Most nasty Cuban sandwich ever !!! They don't speak English , Me and wife never got our money back ! We left with a nasty taste that disturbs us several months later ! We got food posioning !!!
Oh! And the past three times I've been here the bathroom says "for customers only" but in the bottom it says "out of service"

One of the few Cuban bakeries in Jacksonville, probably the most expensive "pastelito" you will ever eat in your entire life. The food is very good though over priced. The owner does not even display the prices so you don't even know how much you will pay until the last minute.
