I've been to many vets before I settled on this one. Great staff and atmosphere. Only place my dog doesn't freak out and bolt for the door.
I dropped my dog off and was told the one shot she needed would take an hour. I signed a form asking for a call if there was anything more that was necessary. I returned in 2 hours only to wait for another 45 minutes. Upon receiving my dog I was told she needed additional exam and price was almost doubled. When I explained I had checked box to receive call for additional procedures the clerk could not answer and could not get anyone to explain the reason for the error. Total incompetence and poor business practice. I would not suggest taking your pet to this poorly run establishment.
We took our dogs here when we lived in Mandarin for 3 years. When we moved to St Augustine we couldn't find a vet similar so we have continued to bring them there even though it's a trip. The staff is great and we love all the docs but we're giving a shout out to Dr. Rod he's fantastic!
Excellent medical care for our dogs. We've been going there for years. Wonderful staff and wonderful doctors!
My mom and I called to schedule an appointment for our kitty Milo, Kim handled our call, she was very polite and informative! We were very impressed with the customer service and are looking forward to bringing Milo in for his nail trimming and to chip him.
