Excellent service Grace the receptionist is very knowledgeable in her job very friendly and warm welcoming and helpful she had a clear answer to a lot of my millions of questions I asked her, she also was very patient. The doctors and their assistants are very gentle and loving about the pets that come through. Waiting time is not long at all. The people were very careful with my dog. I enjoy bringing my dog here and expect to be here for a long time.
Had to wait briefly for our appointment because they had an emergency come in. It was not long. Staff was friendly and helpful. We have a very nervous dog and they were all patient with him and offered him plenty of treats! Visit was for annual check up and vaccinations.
We've been working with these folks for nearly 30 years with all of our animals. Would not trust anyone else. Dr. Lincoln and Dr. Athey are great doctors and even better people.

I moved to Arlington a few months after I got my puppies, Loki(silky terrier) and Heidi (Yorkie). I could not have found a better animal clinic. Everyone is very down to earth and seem to enjoy their jobs. They have always called the next day to check up on my pups and were very concerned about them. I had my pups spayed and neutered here. They took very good care of my babies. Definitely 5 star experiences!
