This vet was recommended 2 me as I'm new to the area however, it was one of the worse experiences I have ever encountered. I was told the exam & meds were for one thing & after I paid the bill I was informed there needed to be an additional charge for the additional meds I may need for my dog's health & well being that would cost more money. Initially I got upset but thankfully the attendant had made notations next to the meds & shampoo I paid for that protected me from being overcharged-although he tried to convince me that his notations meant something else entirely. Their behaviour makes me wonder how often they have pulled this trick on unsuspecting customers & I would like to warn others to check their bills carefully & to be mindful that what you brought your pet in for is addressed & the meds are on point with that issue. Also, do not allow them to add on additional services after you have paid your bill. Instead, ask and be clear in order to avoid being over charged.
