I had the worst experience at this finish line location. The manager Steve Hopkins refused to take my shoes back because he felt as though they were worn. I explained to him that I had them for less than 24 hrs, and that I had purchased them the night before I came back and did the exchange. He sarcastically stated that he would give me the refund anyway, and slammed the shoe box with an attitude and shoved the receipt in my hand. When I came back inside to get his first and last name to file a complaint he handed me his card with his district managers name on it saying you can call my boss if you want to, basically indicating that his district manager would corroborate him and I wouldn't be helped. When I told him he was being rude to me, he ignored me and starting speaking to the other customer as if my statement didnt matter. I was beyond disappointed with how he handled the transaction. It's ironic how the night before when I bought something the customer service was great, but when I returned it all he'll broke loose. Shame on finish line if this is how they handle customer service.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees would rather carry on personal conversations than hekp anyone! Avoid this location!
Great costumer service! Alot of shoes to choose from for runner types, female, male and children. Was and out in less than 10 minutes and I got what I needed
Sales associate was very helpful. I need a new pair of running shoes and he recommend the right pair for me and I love them. I give 4 stars because I always believe there is room for improvement. If I could give 4.9 I would.
